Performance Description:
Composite foaming agents (AC-H blends) are primarily used for foaming EVA, EVA-PE blends, rubber, and rubber blends. The foamed products exhibit excellent hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, and pore structure. These agents undergo ultra-fine processing and surface modification, making them widely applicable for foaming EVA, PE, PVC plastics, and various rubbers. Suitable for EVA hot-press molding (large/small molds) and PE secondary foaming processes.
Features:
Stable foaming ratio, High gas yield, Superior dispersibility, Excellent mechanical properties of foamed products
Application Notes:
High-temperature foaming agents decompose above 200°C, with gas yields exceeding 220 mL/g (under standard temperature and pressure).
Decomposition releases gases primarily as N₂ and CO₂, with trace amounts of CO and NH₃.
Adding decomposition activators (foaming promoters) allows adjustment of decomposition temperature between 150–200°C. Common activators include zinc/barium oxides/salts and stearic acid/salts.
Uniform particle size, stable foaming performance, and excellent dispersibility make these agents ideal for diverse production processes.
