Job Responsibilities: (1) Participate in the development of molecular assisted breeding research and development project plans, responsible for communicating with corresponding crop breeders and organizing and coordinating internal and external resource execution plans to ensure that the research and development projects are implemented as planned; (2) Responsible for the implementation of research and development projects, including genetic analysis and grouping of breeding materials, mining and utilization of functional loci/genes and molecular markers (breeding improvement population combination design, main gene molecular marker assisted selection), whole genome selection, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of research and development projects; (3) Track the research progress of functional genomics and molecular assisted breeding at home and abroad, and carry out research and promotion of related new technologies and processes; (4) Analyze and summarize experimental results, track and be responsible for the progress of R&D projects, regularly complete project R&D progress reports, participate in result applications, patent applications, and draft and publish scientific research articles; (5) Cooperate with the supervisor to carry out effective cooperative breeding and establish a practical molecular assisted breeding system; (6) Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements: (1) Master's degree or above in crop genetics and breeding related majors, with a solid theoretical foundation in crop genetics and breeding; (2) Familiarity with molecular assisted breeding techniques, proficiency in operating required instruments, or proficiency in operating related instruments is preferred; (3) Candidates with molecular breeding related research experience are preferred; (4) Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; (5) Serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, hardworking, with good analytical and independent research abilities, possessing good professional ethics and excellent team spirit, strong entrepreneurial consciousness and strong innovation ability.
