Urea Ester BK - Surface-Treated Urea is a dedicated auxiliary agent for Blowing Agent H. It is odorless, has low hygroscopicity, and exhibits excellent dispersibility in rubber compounds. Blowing Agent H has a high decomposition temperature, and its residual byproducts after foaming emit an unpleasant odor, making it unsuitable for standalone use. By adding BK auxiliary, the decomposition temperature of Blowing Agent H can be effectively reduced to 120-125°C, while eliminating the odor from its decomposition residues.

Applications

Urea Ester BK - Surface-Treated Urea is used in combination with Blowing Agent H for foaming natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), polystyrene, or other rubbers and blended compounds. It is particularly suitable for producing porous rubber soles for beach sandals. The product ensures no discoloration and no pollution. When the dosage of BK and H is equal, the final product exhibits virtually no residual odor from Blowing Agent H decomposition.
